Shift: Rotational Shift (24x7)- (Morning, Afternoon and Night) Shift Changes Each Month
Week off :2 days per week (Rotational manner).

Work Location Mandatory*: Coimbatore, Chennai and Bangalore
Notice Period-Max 1 month (preference for Immediate Joiner)
Domain Experience: Any (Real Estate, ERP, CRM & Finance. Etc).
*3 to 7 years’ experience in Microsoft dynamics CRM 365 with 1+ in incident response and
major incident management.
* Experience in technical aspects on marketing, sales and service modules, MS dynamics 365
with integration knowledge Mandatory*.
*Strong Knowledge in L3 Technical support mscrm. Entity Framework, SSRS, Crystal
Reports and experience in client handling
* Understanding and practical application of methodologies like ITIL, Agile, Scrum,
DevOps, and SRE.
