-Strong functional and technical knowledge on Oracle service cloud.
-Expertise in PHP, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML.
-Through knowledge in Custom Objects, Business Rules, Workspace , CPM & Add-ins
-Experience in working with Agent Browser Workspace Extensions (Workspace Functions, Field functions, Menu Functions)
-Expertise in complicated Reports & Dashboard developments.
-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Oracle Integration Cloud knowledge as an added advantage.
