Work Location:Coimbatore,Need to Work in shifts-Yes,Notice Period-Max 1 month (preference for Immediate Joiner )
Domain Experience:Any (Real Estate, ERP, CRM & Finance. Etc).
Leading the Team & collaborating with Client .
Ability to work in cross platform.
Capable of Handling new domain and it's functionality .
Experience of providing Maintenance & support of Business critical Applications.
Expertise in handling incidents , problems release & deployment.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment for iterative project turnarounds on mission & revenue critical, customer-facing applications.
Experience with Microsoft SQL , MySQL &Similar DB .
Strong understanding of API’s and web service concepts such as REST, SOAP, and XML/JSON business object representations
Experience developing API's utilizing REST architecture.
Technology Skills - Required:
5+ years’ experience in Adobe PHP, AEM 6.2 CFP21 , Drupal, IIS 7.0 .
& 4+ years in incident response and major incident management.
• Ability to write SQL queries and investigate DB logs a plus
• Should have experience in window & Linux operating system.
• Strong Knowledge in RDBMS (SQL & MySQL)
• High degree of knowledge in networking (protocols, virtual networks, subnets, firewalls)
• Understanding and practical application of methodologies like ITIL, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and SRE.
• Experience with ITSM tools like Service now, Salesforce….etc
