Position: UI/UX Designer
Location: Singapore
Work: Enterprise application design
Environment: AI-assisted software development.
Contract Duration : 1 Year Extendable and Renewable contractual role.

The designer works closely with:

• Business Analysts
• Product Owners
• Engineering teams

to define:

• User workflows
• Information architecture
• Interaction patterns
• Design standards

The role also involves reviewing and refining AI-generated prototypes.

Main responsibilities

Experience Workflow Design

• Define end-to-end user journeys.
• Design task flows.
• Design enterprise application workflows.
• Identify usability problems.
• Identify friction points.
• Improve inefficient workflows.
• Validate designs against user needs.
• Consider normal and exception scenarios.

Information Architecture

• Define information architecture.
• Define navigation structures.
• Organize content.
• Make application functionality easy to discover.
• Align systems with user mental models.
• Simplify complex processes.

AI-Assisted Product Design

This is a major part of the current JD.

The designer is expected to:

• Review AI-generated prototypes.
• Critique AI-generated UX.
• Work with BAs to convert requirements into design concepts.
• Guide AI-assisted design using prompts and constraints.
• Identify gaps in AI-generated designs.
• Identify inconsistencies and risks.

Design System Governance:

• Review designs against enterprise design systems.
• Maintain UX consistency.
• Identify missing design components.

• Perform usability assessments.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations.
