Job Title: Senior Program Manager - OT Systems

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Operational Technology (OT) programs in Bangalore. You will own the strategy, execution, and governance of large-scale OT initiatives across manufacturing, utilities, or industrial IoT environments. This role demands deep OT domain knowledge + strong program leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Drive full lifecycle of OT programs from scoping to commissioning, including PLC/SCADA, DCS, MES, and Industrial IoT deployments.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with plant operations, IT, cybersecurity, vendors, and global engineering teams to align OT roadmaps with business goals.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IEC 62443, NIST, NERC-CIP, and other OT cybersecurity frameworks. Manage safety, downtime, and change risk.
Cross-functional Execution: Coordinate hardware, software, networking, and controls teams., timelines, and vendor SLAs.
Strategy: Translate business requirements into OT architecture and rollout plans. Build 1-3 year program roadmaps.
Governance: Run steering committees, publish KPIs for OEE, uptime, and schedule adherence. Implement OT change management processes.
Team Leadership: Mentor PMs and technical leads. Build OT PMO best practices
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in program/project management, with 5+ years leading OT/industrial automation projects
OT Knowledge - Mandatory: Hands-on understanding of:
- OT protocols: Modbus, OPC UA/DA, Profibus, EtherNet/IP, BACnet
- Platforms: Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell PLC/SCADA/DCS
- OT/IT convergence, Purdue Model, network segmentation, industrial firewalls
- Manufacturing systems: MES, Historian, HMI, L2/L3 integration
Domain: Experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, pharma, or automotive plants
Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 required. GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, or CISSP a strong plus.
Skills: Budgeting, vendor management, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and executive communication
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Industry 4.0, digital twin, or IIoT analytics programs
Knowledge of OT cybersecurity tools: Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos
Exposure to cloud integration of OT data: AWS IoT SiteWise, Azure IoT Hub
MBA or Master’s in Engineering/Industrial Systems
