Role: Sales & Marketing Intern [0 to 6 months experience]

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales & Marketing Intern who can help promote and introduce our HRMS software to potential customers.

This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are interested in sales, marketing, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for the HRMS solution.
• Conduct on-site visits and product introductions to organizations.
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly to clients.
• Assist the sales team in lead generation and customer outreach.
• Build and maintain good relationships with potential customers.
• Support marketing activities and campaigns.

Requirements

• Education: BBA or MBA with Marketing specialization.
• Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers can apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in interacting with clients and conducting meetings.
• Willingness to visit client locations for product presentations.
• Positive attitude and ability to learn quickly.
