Job Description
We are a product-based technology organization with over 20 years of industry presence. We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to support hiring for engineering and technical roles across our product teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and the ability to evaluate technical profiles for product-based environments.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, QA, DevOps, and Data roles
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Understand technical requirements and evaluate resumes for product-based roles
- Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Technical Recruiter
- Experience hiring for product-based companies is mandatory
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and engineering roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
