Python Architect (10–12 Years Experience)

Role Summary:

• Architect and lead backend system development using Python.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction to development teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture for Python-based platforms and distributed systems.
• Build and optimize REST APIs using FastAPI.
• Drive development standards, code quality, and peer reviews.
• Lead containerization strategy using Docker.
• Support CI/CD automation using scripting and deployment practices.
• Collaborate closely with on-site engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to long-term technical planning.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Python (Expert level)
• FastAPI framework
• REST API architecture and design
• Docker containerization
• Ansible OR Shell scripting
• Microservices architecture
• Distributed system fundamentals
• System performance tuning and optimization

• OpenStack or Kubernetes
• Cloud-native architecture exposure
• Async programming in Python

Experience Requirement:

• 10 to 12 years of total software engineering experience
• Strong architectural ownership and leadership background
