About the Role:

We are looking for dedicated and proactive Support Engineers (L1/L2) to provide onsite support for our client’s Sales operations. The role involves day-to-day issue resolution, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth functioning of applications used by the Sales teams. You will be working directly onsite at client locations and will report to the designated Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 & L2 technical support for Sales-related applications and systems

• Troubleshoot user issues and perform initial diagnosis

• Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue escalation and resolution

• Support end users with application navigation, usage, and basic troubleshooting

• Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and daily activities

• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all assigned support tickets

• Assist with minor configuration updates or system checks as required

• Maintain a professional and service-oriented approach at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of IT/software concepts

• Ability to analyze and resolve routine technical issues

• Willingness to work onsite at client locations

• Strong customer service orientation Preferred (Good to Have)

• Basic coding knowledge in any language (not mandatory)

• Prior experience in L1/L2 support or field support roles

• Exposure to Sales or operational support environments
