Experience Requirements:

- Minimum Total Experience: 5 years

- Minimum Experience in Similar Works: 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver training programs aligned with project and organizational goals.

- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.

- Develop training materials, manuals, and documentation.

- Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers.

- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and outcomes.

- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to assess learning needs and design effective training.

- Familiarity with training tools and learning management systems.
