About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale transport system projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in system integration, equipment deployment, and project governance—ensuring on-time, compliant, and high-quality delivery in collaboration with international and Japan-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across design, engineering, installation, and commissioning stages.
• Manage cross-functional coordination across engineering, safety, and commercial teams to achieve project milestones.
• Oversee system integration, architecture validation, and equipment deployment for transport infrastructure projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance indicators to ensure alignment with client and funding requirements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and funded project frameworks, including documentation and reporting protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, consultants, and vendors, maintaining strong communication and risk governance.
• Enforce quality, safety, and environmental standards across all project stages.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Systems Engineering.
• Certification: PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years in project management of large-scale transport system projects.
• Proven experience in funded contract frameworks (such as JICA, ADB, or similar).
• Exposure to Japan-based stakeholders, documentation standards, and reporting protocols.
• Strong technical knowledge of project architecture, system integration, and equipment deployment.
