AES Technologies is looking for fresh MBA (HR) graduates (2025 batch) to start their careers in Human Resources while leveraging their tech foundation in a digital-first HR environment.

What You’ll Do:
? Support HR operations – employee data, HRMS updates, documentation
? Contribute to HR analytics & reporting (Excel, HR tools)
? Collaborate on HR technology initiatives (HRMS, ATS, digital onboarding)
? Drive employee engagement, policy implementation & compliance
? Gain exposure to L&D, payroll basics & performance management

What We’re Looking For:
