Application Support and L3 (L32428)

Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong proficiency in application development with .NET technologies (C#, .NET Framework, understanding of .Net Maui principles is highly advantageous).
• Solid experience with MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and understanding database design.
• Proven experience in L3 application support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis in enterprise environments.
• Experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Desired Skills (Highly Advantageous):

• Prior direct experience with Simplicity® Business Software or other leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) platforms.

• Experience working on Singapore Government / Public Sector IT projects.

• ITIL Foundation certification.

• Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
