UI/UX Designer (UI/UX 0707)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user experiences for both enterprise platforms and consumer-facing products

  • Build responsive, mobile-friendly UIs with a focus on clarity, speed, and accessibility

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to shape the Customer-Facing DPP UI

  • Craft seamless document and claim management dashboards with high usability

  • Integrate and design flows for AI-powered assistants and chatbots

  • Conduct user research, testing, and feedback sessions with both internal users and end customers

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specs that align with business needs

  • Maintain UX consistency across platforms, products, and device types


???? Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of UX/UI design experience across enterprise and consumer applications

  • Strong portfolio featuring AI-integrated interfaces, dashboards, and responsive UIs

  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools

  • Solid understanding of UX research, user personas, and behavior-driven design

  • Experience in document/claim management flows, insurance or legal systems a plus

  • Comfortable working in Agile teams with product managers and developers
