Key Responsibilities:

Design user experiences for both enterprise platforms and consumer-facing products

Build responsive, mobile-friendly UIs with a focus on clarity, speed, and accessibility

Collaborate with product and engineering to shape the Customer-Facing DPP UI

Craft seamless document and claim management dashboards with high usability

Integrate and design flows for AI-powered assistants and chatbots

Conduct user research, testing, and feedback sessions with both internal users and end customers

Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specs that align with business needs

Maintain UX consistency across platforms, products, and device types
???? Required Skills:

4+ years of UX/UI design experience across enterprise and consumer applications

Strong portfolio featuring AI-integrated interfaces, dashboards, and responsive UIs
-
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
-
Solid understanding of UX research, user personas, and behavior-driven design
-
Experience in document/claim management flows, insurance or legal systems a plus

Comfortable working in Agile teams with product managers and developers
