HR Coordinator (hashtag#Operation +hashtag#Admin+ hashtag#Audit)
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems ,HR Operation and Admin
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Coordinating data with various departments
- Hiring new candidates and arranging on boarding
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Lead a team of professional auditors throughout all audit phases
- Work collaboratively with other audit groups to effectively plan and execute audits where required
- Responsible for coordination of all deliverables (such as IT reports, RACM, working papers, ) for assigned engagements including technical review
- Demonstrates proficient technical skills for handling all client responsibilities, including knowledge of trends, industries, alternatives
- Ensure that all internal monthly and quarterly update reports
- Responsible for making sure that audit results are effectively and timely communicated to management, external auditors
- Develop and maintain viable working relationships with IT management, and external IT auditing managers through monthly contact
- Monitor the status and timely resolution of internal and external IT audit recommendations
- Serve as a consultant to management concerning interpretations of Corporate IT policies and other IT policies/procedures
