Contract duration - 3 years
The Scrum Master or equivalent shall have at least a Diploma in Computer Studies, or related discipline, with at least THREE (3) years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent of project implementation experience using Agile methodologies and leading an Agile team. The Scrum Master shall be a Certified ScrumMaster by Scrum Alliance or equivalent.
For the avoidance of doubt, the role of a Scrum Master is not the traditional project manager, rather he is a “Servant Leader” who helps the rest of the Scrum team follow the Scrum process. Therefore, the Scrum Master must have good understanding of the Scrum framework and the ability to train others in its subtleties.
