Owns the research and data analysis for moderately complex projects and Business requirements. This means understanding the Business needs first and then owning the Data Analysts part of it.
Describe and manipulate data sets, sources, and structures. Develop reports to make data more meaningful to business initiatives, analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively and communicate findings.
Develop data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
Initiate and put together processes to collect data where missing
MIS Report & sharing with internal stake holders
Project delivery report
UG/PG graduates or diploma candidates with HR analyst ,Marketing Analytics.
-MBA (Marketing ) candidate is Preferable
-Internship solving business issues by using Analytics tools
